I doubt I will ever make it as a blogger.  I def will never be a professional blogger. 

The update is that I have the house.  It is officially mine.  That would be why I am not at home to update my blog.

t-10 days

Hopefully, there are only 1o more days until I am officially a homeowner.  I am getting really excited to actually get in there and get started with my list of everything I am going to do.  There are two things that I know about myself.  

1. I love making lists.  I make lots of them because there is something about crossing things off after I complete the task.  I don't like the tasks app on my blackberry because I can't cross anything off it just goes away and I don't feel a sense of accomplishment.  

2. I love to talk everything out.  Talking things out either calms me down or makes me realize what I am really saying.   

We had a little snafu with the re inspection.  The guy came out and basically just said that the job done on the house was crap.  We worked everything out with the seller and now everything is fixed.  It is a little difficult not being there because I want to see for myself that it is done as they say it is. My realtor is going to head over there and make sure that EVERY SINGLE piece of wood is replaced and that the foundation is pacified.  I guess it is just difficult to weigh the fact that this is a 70 year old house and the desire to not have to fix this problem in a few years. 

Anyways, in 10 days I will have the keys to my new house.  In the meantime, I will be boating, touring downtown Nashville, going to the beach with Eric, and heading to Andrews wedding!
